Like millions of others, my family have a sweet tradition of making cookies every holiday's season..and one of my favourite is chocolate chips cookies..coz i have to make it myself..
So, i wanna to share with y'all..the delicious golden brown cookies recipe..
here it is..
Ingredients:
1 kg all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt (as your wish)
4 cup butter, softened
3 cup granulated sugar
3 cup packed brown sugar (palm sugar)
4 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 large eggs
8 cups Chocolate Chips
4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

8 cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, palm sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake until golden brown.

Voila...enjoy it with a glass of hot milk..
